Returns, Refunds, and Payments

This page outlines the payment methods we accept, our billing terms, and our policy on cancellations and refunds. Condo HVAC Pros is powered by Home Trade Standards Ltd, and all transactions are processed by Home Trade Standards Ltd.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Interac e-Transfer
  • Major Credit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express

Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing surcharge.

Billing & Invoices

Invoices are due as stated at the time of service, as noted on your estimate, proposal, or invoice, or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you have questions about a specific invoice, please contact us through our contact page.

Cooling-Off Period & Cancellations

Customers are entitled to a 10-day cooling-off period from the date of entering into a service agreement for replacement parts. During this period, you may cancel the agreement without penalty, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in Ontario.

To exercise your right to cancel within the cooling-off period, please notify us in writing through our Contact Us page within 10 days of signing your service agreement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with the 10-day cooling-off period described above, or as otherwise required by applicable law. We do not issue refunds outside of these circumstances.
